Guest-code albums

Any album can sit behind a guest code. The code gates visitors; you still see every photo from your own account.

Favourites clients send back

Turn favourites on for an album and a client can heart photos, keep a named list and send it to you. You read the list with file names in your account.

Downloads, per album

Allow a download of each photo and of the whole album as one file — or switch downloads off for proofing.

Video beside the photos

Upload an MP4 of up to 90 MB into an album, or add a YouTube or Vimeo video by pasting its address, with a thumbnail of your own if you like. YouTube and Vimeo play in their privacy-enhanced players.

Covers that crop well

Pick a cover for each album and set its focal point, so the crop keeps the subject on every screen.

Photos sized for the screen

Every photo gets smaller WebP copies made from it, and galleries load the size each screen needs, lazily, with a lightbox for the full view.

Uploading

Built for a whole shoot at a time

Folders and many files

Drop many files, or a whole folder with its structure kept. Files upload several at a time, in parts, with progress for each.

Pause, resume, retry

A failed part is retried by itself, and an upload can be paused and resumed between parts — so a big shoot survives a bad connection.

Large photos

Gallery photos can be up to 40 MB each. The original is kept; visitors get the right-sized copy.

The site around the galleries

A portfolio as well as a delivery service

Themes made for photographers

The Photography and Events templates, and the Marigold theme, are built around big pictures. Nocturne, sold on the Abizvo Marketplace, adds a letterboxed video reel.

Before and after

A comparison block lets a visitor drag between two photos of the same scene.

Booking on the page

Put your bookable services and their real open times on the page. A visitor picks a time and goes through the same hold, details and confirm steps your business already uses.

A free address on abizvo.site

Every published site answers at its own {name}.abizvo.site address over HTTPS, on every plan including Free. The address stays yours until you delete the site.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I password-protect a client gallery?

Yes. Give an album a guest code and only visitors with the code can open it.

Can clients download their photos?

Yes, if you allow it: each photo, or the whole album as one file. Switch downloads off per album for proofing.

Can I upload video files?

Yes, MP4 files of up to 90 MB, uploaded into an album; they play as you exported them, so save them as H.264 MP4. Longer films are better on YouTube or Vimeo, which albums also take by address.

Do galleries expire?

Only if you give an album a closing date. Visitors can open it through that day; after it, the album is gone from your site while you keep it, and you can move the date or clear it.
